1962 Linhof Color 6x7 / 6x9 view camera, incredible original condition, just fully CLA serviced.

These medium format view cameras were produced in very small numbers for only a short period, they are increasingly rare to find now. This one came to me from the original owner and perhaps among the nicest condition examples left in the world, it is just very clean cosmetics with only light wear. Paint is in beautiful condition, about as clean as I’ve ever seen on a Linhof Color. A range of wide angle to telephoto lenses can be used with the camera.

Camera operates smooth in all functions, front rise/shift/swing and tilt movements all working well, camera also have rear tilt/swings. Brand new Linhof ground glass installed with both 6x9 format and scoring for 6x7, I will also include & install a brand new Linhof fresnel bright screen upon shipping. Bellows are original, supple, light tight and in excellent condition, no need to replace. Ground glass leather shade in nice condition and functioning properly.

This outfit comes with a Zeiss 100mm f/3.5 Tessar lens mounted on brand new Linhof lens board, Compur shutter just CLAd. Sharp, bright and excellent condition lens that is a great match for this camera.

Includes a 6x7 Super Rollex film back, fully CLA serviced. The camera accepts both 6x7 & 6x9 film backs & sheet film / plate holders, it would also be excellent to use with a digital back via the available adapters. Beautiful medium format view camera that is ready to use!
